Making a claim only takes a few minutes. Have a few clear photos of the issue, your proof of purchase and your board’s serial number ready. The serial number is printed on the board and can also be found in your Offshore account.

05Before you send

Do not ship your board yet. Often the photos are enough and the board never has to leave you. If we need it, we will tell you where and how to send it.

I understand I should not ship my board until Offshore asks me to. I agree to Offshore holding this claim and its photos under the privacy policy.

We answer warranty email within three working days.
