Every Offshore is made to order in Niseko.

Your board is built after you order, to the specifications you select: shape, size, flex, and topsheet or series. Depending on the order, that can also include width, graphic, colours or a printed name.

For that reason, change-of-mind returns are not available once production has begun, except where required by applicable law.

Need to cancel?

Contact us as soon as you can.

If production has not begun, we may be able to cancel your order. Send your order number to info@offshoresnowshapes.com and we will check where your board sits in the build schedule.

Once work on your board has begun, change-of-mind cancellation is no longer available.

Faults + warranty.

A change of mind is different from a warranty claim or a board that arrives damaged.

If your board has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, contact us. We will let you know the next step.

Every rideable Offshore snowboard is covered by our two-year warranty, and any rights you have under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
