Displayed on each product page, exclusive of Japanese consumption tax. Shipping is additional.

Fees in addition to the item price

Japanese consumption tax of 10% on orders delivered or collected within Japan, added at checkout. Export orders are not charged Japanese consumption tax. Shipping fees apply to all orders. International orders may also be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country and payable to the courier on delivery.

Payment method

Credit card at checkout, processed by Stripe. Payment is made in full, in a single transaction.

Credit card payments are charged in full when the order is placed.

Availability

Offshore snowboards are made to order in limited annual numbers. Availability depends on the current build schedule.

Delivery of snowboards

Every Offshore snowboard is made to order. You choose a ready-by date when you order, and we build to it. Your order confirmation states that date. If the date is not possible when we schedule your build, we will contact you before starting, and if anything in the workshop changes it we will contact you. A build usually takes four to five weeks. The finished board is shipped or made available for collection as agreed at the time of ordering.

Delivery of softgoods

Usually 5 to 10 business days.

 

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by destination, weather, customs and carrier conditions.

Shipping fees

Snowboards within Japan are ¥7,000, with one charge covering boards shipping together to one address. International snowboard shipping is calculated at checkout using live FedEx rates. Softgoods ship by Japan Post within Japan and by FedEx internationally, calculated at checkout.

Returns and cancellations

Every Offshore snowboard is made to order to the specifications selected by the customer. Change-of-mind cancellations and returns are not available once production begins, except where required by applicable law. Customers may contact us to request cancellation before production begins. Where an eligible softgoods exchange or credit note is agreed under our Terms and Conditions, Offshore Snow Shapes pays the return shipping.

Goods damaged, incorrect or incomplete on arrival

Contact info@offshoresnowshapes.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs.

Manufacturing defects

Every rideable Offshore snowboard is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from delivery or collection. See our Warranty page for full details.
