The original aesthetic
Urushi is a paint derived from the Japanese Sumac Tree. It has adorned sought after Japanese lacquer ware since as far back as the Jomon period, around 7000 years ago. Deep Red, made by adding iron oxide and cinnebar to the Sumac sap, is the colour which we believe best reflects the integrity and style of our snowboards.
Proven performance deserves a classic aesthetic.
